Hiiiii hunnys. Time for a life update.✨

My fav compliment to receive is about my energy. It doesn’t matter what I look like, where I travel, people share the magnetism of my energy. My energy is just an outward currency of this inward work I have been doing aggressively for decades, and have been hyper focused on the last two. Growing up in an abusive home, I have healed (and will continue to heal) not only myself but generations of trauma through coaching, personal development courses, plant medicine, yoga, and meditation. Rather than keeping this magic for myself I am ready to share it with the world. Yes, I know most of you don’t even know a sliver of my story; and the story isn’t important. For those that do know me, I get asked often, “How have you created a life full of such magic and freedom, coming from so much pain???” I am here to share it with you. It is beyond time. Melissa, you can’t possibly know my exact pain, or what I’ve been through. I know my darling; and you don’t have to share anything you don’t want to. Pain is pain. And although it may have been created differently, the sweet healing of honey will drip where it needs to go and melt into your wounds. Part of my pain unfortunately has come from immense abuse and heartbreak. And I am here to tell you the upside is incredible. I would love to share how I have honed in on the sweet nectar of life with what has worked for me. Again, this is just my experience. Here is what has worked for me and we can use this as a starting point to find out what works for you. If any of this resonates with you even slightly, I challenge you to listen to that. A nymph is a mythological spirit of nature imagined as a beautiful maiden inhabiting rivers, woods, or other locations. 🧚‍♀️

Bo tree is a fig tree native to India and Southeast Asia regarded as sacred by Buddhists. – the Bohn for this is Bodhi.

Bodhi✨ is a Sanskrit word translated as “enlightenment” or “awakening” which relates to a Buddhist concept, wherein Bodhi is synonymous with the state of nirvana, being freed from hate, greed, and ego.

Melissa, where are you going with all of this, you ask?? Yes, yes my loves.

Everything is coming full circle. Coincidence I have a tree tattood on my back?

Coincidence my name means honeybee?

Coincidence I had my birthday party in a forest and love spending most of my time without shoes?? (although we all know I go crazy for a killer pair of heels👠 for a sexy night out)

Back to the point I’m diverting (yet again🤪)

I have come to bath in the sweetness of life daily. I let the honey pour over me and wash my soul on the daily. I have been asked time after time how I have created such magic from a life initially full of such pain? I’m here to tell you I’m ready to share this with the world. I want each of you to experience this magic too, because it is available to everybody. I would love to share how I have honed in on the sweet nectar of life with what has worked for me. Melissa grew up in England, then moved to Seattle where she became a professional musician by the age of twelve. over two decades of experience growing successful businesses two successful companies in the beauty industry. Before that she was one of the top producers in the door to door industry for eight years, which included selling, managing, training and recruiting all over the US. She has fundraised, personally paid for, and participated in over a dozen different humanitarian trips and continues to create love and healing while traveling all over the world.

Over the past 15 years, Melissa has transformed her story around childhood trauma and abuse through coaching, personal development courses, therapy, plant medicine, yoga, and meditation.

She now travels the world to kite board, teach yoga, and hold sound bath and other healing ceremonies for individuals and groups. Melissa
